Terms of Service

The Outpost™ drafts messages for you. Nothing is sent until you read it and press approve. When you approve an email, it is sent from your own business mailbox, which you connect to The Outpost™ (Microsoft 365, or Google Workspace once available), never from an address of ours. Emails can be sent only while that mailbox is connected and its domain has the email authentication records The Outpost™ checks for (SPF, DKIM and DMARC); free personal mailboxes cannot be used. You are the sender of every message you approve, and you are responsible for it. You agree that:

• You are allowed to contact each person you email under the laws that apply to you and to them, including Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), which generally requires the person’s consent (express or implied) before a commercial email, and the US CAN-SPAM Act.
• What you send is true and not misleading, including anything about results, prices or clients. Read every draft before you approve it.
• The name and business postal address in your settings are accurate. They appear at the foot of every email you send, with an unsubscribe link.
• You honour every request to stop, including ones that reach you directly rather than through the unsubscribe link, and you do not contact that person again.
• You do not upload or import purchased, rented or harvested email lists, or any list of people who have not agreed to hear from you.
• You do not use The Outpost™ to send bulk unsolicited email.

Your email provider’s own terms and sending limits also apply to email sent from your mailbox. We may stop your account from sending email, without notice, if we receive complaints about your messages, if too many of them bounce or are reported as spam, or if we reasonably believe your sending breaks this section or the law. We may also suspend or close your account under section 12. We may add any address that unsubscribes, bounces or reports a message as spam to your do–not–contact list, and you may not email it again from your account.

Our Services may offer free and paid subscription plans. Features, usage limits, and capabilities vary by plan and platform. We reserve the right to modify plan structures and pricing with notice to active subscribers.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full payment card details.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until that date.

Closing your account (Settings → Billing → Close your account) is different: everything, including your sign–in, is deleted straight away, so your subscription is cancelled immediately rather than at the end of the period.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for annual plans. Monthly plans are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refund requests must be submitted to support@theunfairai.com within the eligible period.
